3. Prices are subject to change due to external factors such as fuel costs, permits, or government regulations. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

1. Cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed based on the cancellation timeline shared at the time of booking.

2. A percentage of the total cost may be deducted as cancellation charges depending on how close the cancellation is to the departure date.

3. No refunds will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early exit from the trek.
